new records in non-productivity
Nov. 15th, 2002 02:34 pmIt's half past two and I'm in the basement of Soda Hall, for no particular reason. This morning I woke up at eight, took a shower, ate breakfast, did my Swedish homework, and then went back to bed. It was just so cozy. Got up a minute before eleven and hustled down to Swedish class. Skipped Math 128, didn't turn in the homework, even though I'd done most of it and probably could have finished it. Self defeating, I know. Bought a T-Shirt (``Berkelium, Californium, Stanfurdium... STILL NO STANFURDIUM!''). Lay down in the sun on a bench at Dwinelle Plaza. Read from Livets Löjen, an amusing little book of vignettes by Sven Stolpe that I picked up by pure chance in the library yesterday. Jackson found me. Ronald too. You can meet everyone just by sitting out on Sproul plaza all day.
