yessssss I loooooove creme brulee! I've been thinking about how I would make a vegan version. I may try for the next potluck. It's at Mid City Bikes now and a million people larger. You should come again some time!
Wow what a burner! My ex-roommate Christoph was into making creme brulee, but he only had a little thingy to use with a regular lighter, and it usually stopped working after half a cup.
oh, this looks yummy! but i didnt know you need that tough equipment to make crème brulée! seems to my i am kind of illiterate when it comes to desserts )))
