I commute over this bridge every day on my bike ride from Ant Hill Co-op to the U of R.

I like this. Everything seems to bleed together. Very soothing-ish...or a better word that I can't think of. Was the lense fogged or something?

Well, my lack of working lens cap does lead to a dirty lens... (-:

but I think that's pretty much how it actually looked. i think there's a little blur from vibration.. camera was stabilized on top of a fencepost for a ~ 1/2 second exposure, IIRC.
