nibottime i had hoped to arrive at boulder coffee co: 09:00
time i actually arrived: 14:27
waking up is hard!

this is a good coffee shop. i mean, any new actual coffee shot in rochester has to be good, but this one does seem particularly nice. they got off to a bit of a rough start with me by offering nothing to lock my bike to, and serving me a cappucino in a paper cup (actually, inexplicably, two paper cups). but i think they will overcome these gaffs. it's nice to have a coffee place in the southwedge.

ben is roasting peppers on the stove, preparing to make salsa. jon is pulling apart our bushel of basil, stuffing the broken bits into the blender, making pesto. heather is arranging surplus tomatoes in baskets for the neighbors.
