Well. My math 185 (complex analyis) final went better than expected. Which is to say, it was the way I hoped it would be -- ridiculously easy. I think I got four of the five questions generally correct (I wish "open disc" were an acceptable synonym for "simply connected domain," hmm); on the fifth I confused Rochë's theorem with the Argument Principle. Oh well. State two theorems, find an holomorphic bijection with holomorphic inverse mapping set A to set B, do a real integral by integrating around a half disc then letting R go to infinity. Even a bumbling fool like me can handle that... And now to figure out Numerical Analysis... a subject to which I have alotted all of 1.5 hours to learn (Situation looks grim). ...
