The movers came today... After declining a sea-going shipping container, I was offered 500 lbs or 6.59 cubic meters in air freight. All I could cobble together for them was 1 bicycle, 2 suggestive drawings, a suitcase and a backpack, and a small pile of books. (Also there is a small box containing an ice tube clock, a Swedish Dalarna horse, and a photo of the Berlin Fernsehturm.)

The destination address they had on file was simply "USA". I gave them something a bit more specific. Hopefully this stuff will rematerialize in a week or two on the other side of the world.
