RIP OV HAJ-TLL
Dec. 11th, 2012 10:56 pmI was disappointed to read today that Estonian Airlines is cancelling its Hannover-Tallinn service, which was supposed to start this past spring. It's not clear to me whether they ever flew it--although I did see it on the arrivals/departures board on the day the service was supposed to start.
It sounds like the situation at Estonian Airlines is pretty bad: "Due to the need to adjust operations in accordance to the reduced flight capacity, Estonian Air will decrease its staff by 146 people. ... Currently 318 people are working in the company. ... The structure of the company will be based on operating 5 aircraft and serving 9-10 core destinations."

I had been looking forward to a visit to (the republic of) Georgia via Tallinn.
