The spoon was a tablespoon. Billy thrust it into the vat, turned it around and around, making a gooey lollopop. He thrust it into his mouth.

A moment went by, and then every cell in Billy's body shook him with ravenous gratitude and applause.

Best line in Slaughterhouse Five, that last one. I don't know why. Yes, I've decided to make up eleventh-grade English, which I sort of missed.

In other news, two more moons were discovered orbitting Saturn.

I have on several occassions inadvertently left my bicycle resting against a post in the quadrangle of Motel Sequoyah, completely mobile and insecure, for days at a time. Then I return and recall vaguely leaving it there while going on some errand "real quick".

But neglect a tripod for a few minutes, and off it hobbles on its three little legs.

Put up signs, "LOST TRIPOD, responds to ..." Okay, it doesn't have a name.
