The GRE went atrociously. I have to take it again. I actually ran out of time on the quantitative ("math") part, meaning I implicitly left a bunch of questions blank. (Uurgh!) On the practice tests I always had loads of time left over, so I took my time to check my answers.. but then things rapidly became more difficult.. or something. Anyway, it wasn't pretty. )-: I think maybe I should have cancelled my score, but that always seems like such a lame option.

Hm.

Alameda is nice. I took the bus.

My phone (Sony Ericsson T616) supports POP3 and IMAP for email checking, but not SSL encryption. Whhhhhyyyy? These protocols, sans encryption, should be considered obsolete, and their continued use, promotion, or availability are irresponsible. The lack of SSL means the email-account-checking feature is useless to me.

Hm.

Blah.

Email these guys (http://www.sodapopmail.com/support.html) and see if they support encryption? I'm not holding my breath, but it's the program I use, and it's pretty nifty. (Now if only I could get a LJ client on my phone...)

If you took the computer test, it probably become more difficult because you were getting everything right. The bulk of your score gets determined in the first lot of questions, so you probably did better than you think.

So, did you take the physics subject test too? How did that go?

Personally, I'd prefer to just SSH home to a console-based client :)
