Agreed; I'm not really sure what's new here. Mostly I was remarking on an obviously controversial news post getting only 15 comments - even trivial news posts used to get thousands of comments. :-)

My list seems to have largely trnsfered over at this point and it's picking up speed over there. Not sure how many of your folks jumped ship. I'm no longer cross-posting to LJ at this point, so you'll have to read over on DW. Sorry.
