the system is down

The LSU student health center refused to see me this morning, despite me having an appointment, on the grounds that my summer registration was on hold, because of a $1 library fine, which I already paid. This could not be corrected because "the system is down". I was advised to "try again tomorrow".

My dog's health care is 10X more efficient.
