climbing shoes!

I have been outfitted with a pair of Five Ten Coyotes (size 11). I stopped at REI to pick up some climbing shoes and then my parents decided to treat me--citing the need for a birthday present, either making up for one passed or perhaps for the upcoming 10,000 days. The Alpine Club goes climbing 3+ times a week, so it seemed like the time to splurge. I've had the harness (gift of hanksmr and jqmold) for many years, though so far it's gotten insufficient use.
