Our co-op is trying to write a Mission Statement. We have no shortage of ideas—the trouble is in writing something succinct. I hereby solicit your collective genius to help us with this matter.

free lunch and an electronics goodies bin

Department of Energy is here, deciding whether to keep funding UR. This resulted in a free lunch for me. Although every day seems like a free lunch day these days, since my food costs are fixed at $120/month via the co-op.

I'm trying to build up a collection of electronics goodies to work on projects again. I'm buying a solderless breadboard, a collection of PIC's and AVR microcontrollers, and.... what else should I get? I mean, I should probably get some assortment of resistors and other little buggers. Hereby soliciting suggestions for my Mouser order of things that will be fun to play with.
