So, I think it's time to get moving with starting a co-op in Rochester. An ambitious project, yes, but it needs to be done. I am going to get started with seeking out connections in the community and looking for a group of true believers. I am also going to contact existing co-ops in the region and ask them about their experiences, details of incorporation, etc. Here are some upstate NY co-ops:

Also need to start crafting the "vision"... My own includes elements of USCA co-ops, the Swedish Nations, and TEP house (at MIT). Any ideas on what to name this entity and/or its house?
