I just applied to be a Research Associate, Meteorologist Technician, Assistant Helicopter Coordinator, or Postal Clerk at the south pole for Oct-Feb. woo!

Some people think Antarctica sounds exciting. Others see it as a Big Dead Place.

Come on, graduate, get a job, and pay taxes to support all those poor students' education ;-)

The south pole sounds so much better than Lund (but not quite as good as Princeton), but at least I get to play with the very latest technology :-)

Being a Meteorologist Technician at the south pole must be kind of easy (but boring"
"Let's see, today it's.... damn cold, just like yesterday"
Postal clerk? I can imagine the address: "American Camp, big pile of snow #1, South Pole" :-)

Cool, now all I need to do is find someone else who's going to the moon... (http://www.knerd.com/~bwillen/MMLyricsMA.htm)

p.s. If you do indeed end up going to Antarctica (http://www.knerd.com/~bwillen/MMLyricsMA.htm#COL), I'll make you a copy of the album :P

I have the album. Let's cut this [livejournal.com profile] odd_dog person out of the process entirely!
