I should hope so! A non-feisty chihuahua is a dead chihuahua... He looks like he's gamely trying to guard the residence, hoping you'll ignore his absurd surroundings and actually take him seriously (yeah, right....)
i love this picture. my mother used to always decorate her 8th grade science classroom with flamingo periphenalia. Not sure if more students were amused or creeped out.
