perverse schemes
i had two odd ideas lately.
1. go back to berkeley to get a business degree. absurd, i know, given how nauseating i've found the haas campus and its denizens. i was pretty much turned off to this after seeing all the stock photography on their web site.
2. move to portland. a passing thought. what's in portland, anyway? i mean, industry/universitywise?

portland has a buttload of colleges, but the university of oregon is in eugene. a few colleges in portland:
portland state university
portland community college
reed college
oregon health sciences university
lewis and clark college
...nike is in portland... also powell's. and, well, it is a port. you could be a stevedore.
