Depends on the weather.
Hot? How about a giant Chinese chicken (or toasted tofu) salad?
Cool? How about a huge pot of chili? With homemade bread bowls? (I did this last weekend, it was awesome.)

when i was a cook, i liked to make themed meals like "grandma's russian borscht feast" and "stuff that's yellow". the latter totally messes with people
