Ah yes, Wednesday, Wednesday the Happy Day. Homework is done (or at least turned in), no more teaching duties until Monday, no homework due tomorrow, and by virtue of oversleeping, I'm rested and ready to go. In other words: an unencumbered afternoon in which to actually accomplish something!
Oh, I must become less of a procrastinator (when it comes to my homework). Actually, I need to find a research project.
My entries from a year ago (titled berkeley berkeley, berkeley: why live anywhere else??, from oscar wilde, aurora adventures, the days are just packed) make me wistful. Alas, my plans for a San Francisco Halloween have been axed by the liberal sprinkeling of midterms: on Oct 29 (e/m), Nov 2 (quantum), and Nov 3 (math). boo!
p.s. I just created a
rochester_coop community for notes related to that project.
