I am in the Science and Engineering Library at UCSD right now. (You see, I practice nomadicity at work, too.) (Yes, it tickles me that there is a "Science and Engineering library").

Anyway, this library is sort of underground. But you can see up to the main library, which has got to be the first University library named after a telecommunications protocol ("SSH stacks").

The point of this post is that I swear they're holding some kind of Jurassic Park recreation up there, combined with a a toddler's birthday party. Only that would explain the festive balloons and the velociraptor-like screams.

Wow. SSH stacks, seriously?

It's true, "TCPIP Stacks" would have been better. But their heart was in the right place.

Some will tell you that SSH stands for "Social Science and Humanities"... we all know the truth (http://www.openssh.org/).
