(no subject)

Mailed my passports to the dept of state today, via certified mail. I'm skeptical, but they claim that they will renew my Tallinn passport rather than issue me a new one. What are they going to do? Put a nice little note after the big limitations stamp by the Consul in Estonia, saying "Just kidding! Actually still valid!"??
