busy

Uurgh, why is the day so short? So much to do!

I feel like actually accomplished something at work today, and I got to play with dry ice and liquid nitrogen quite legitimately. And yesterday I got to mess around with the electron microscope all day long. It's nice being busy.

Being busy makes me more productive — And that's not a tautology.

i am far more productive when i am busy -- as long as i don't stop, i don't get lazy!

what kind of microscope are you using, again? we work on a JEOL 8900 electron probe microanalyzer.

We have lots! In this building: JEOL 3000, JEOL 3100, JEOL 4000 (fancy helium-cooled), and Zeiss something-or-other (old).

But I don't do any actual microscopy.. I'm thinking of changing that, with a renegade science project... (-:
