It's Tuesday morning in California. I stop and do some serious calculation (It's morning; it's a struggle to get the sleepy brain in gear) ... and still am having difficulty with the 33 hour time difference you state....

Can you post a map with your planned route? Are you just sorta wandering up from Switzerland, through Central Europe, to the Baltics, around the Baltic to Scandinavia, and then to Antarctica? Or will there be some discontinuities in your route?

of course I'm coming back! co-op crashing! I'll get there around October 15, I think. Then I'm going to win a trip to Prague for January, study for the GRE's, and build fantastic kite flying robots of doom! I'm quite looking forward to getting back to Berkeley, actually.. it's such a great town and so many fun people there! like you! did you think I was abandoning you?? no!!
