There is something satisfying about a car repair performed in the parking lot of AutoZone. Also, old ladies who become livid upon encountering a miss-capitalized word. The federal vet was very professional and efficient. It is a pleasure doing business with professional people (veterinarian, pilot, pharmacist, editor). Physicists often seem not particularly professional.
