I came across a stash of the Berkeley Path Wanderers Assocation's map of Berkeley paths at Moe's today. It's quite a bonanza of hidden places in Berkeley! If you want to get one, they're on the table with travel books just up the stairs and to the right after you walk in.

Now if you can only find a map of the steam tunnels made in an overlay on the same scale I:d be set!

heh. I could draw in the campus steam tunnel (http://splorg.org/people/tobin/undercal/) pretty easily.. but it's true, there are PG&E tunnels, BART tunnels, covered streams.. all kinds of other tunnels in the city. Unfortunately their whereabouts is an even more closely guarded secret post sept 11. )-: It is allegedly possible to walk the transbay tube.

We have a GeoWiki in formative stages (http://csua.berkeley.edu/~tobin/campusmap.html).
