I saw that this morning at the port of Long Beach. I couldn't remember if it was new or not, since I've only come in the US Passport-holders line in the past seven years. It doesn't look too intrusive, though it is a bit eerie that they'll have these records on every single foreigner in the country.
what utter rubbish - i personally stood in the queue for 3 hours at toronto airport! and now my fledgling life of crime is over ... the us govt have my face and fingerprints :(
