betting on parking enforcement

I left my car parked outside the house with a note explaining that I lost the key so I can't move it until I find the key, and please don't give me tickets in the meantime. Now it's time to take bets on how many parking citations they'll give me for this — those of you at Oscar Wilde who can see the heaping mound of green envelopes on the windshield are disqualified from the contest.

Well it's free at night, right? What's the restriction on your street? Two hour parking? or... not at all between certain hours? I need some info before I can place my bet.

two hour parking, enforced 8am to 9pm

Here's what you do: go out every two hours with a wet paper towel and wipe off the chalk on your tires. Your number of tickets will be zero! Hmmm... unless you have to work. then let's say it will be.... 3 per day when you're not home.
